Crown Earrings
About Our Materials
14k gold plate
Premium gold plating over recycled brass. Brass is a valuable metal alloy of copper and zinc, special in and of itself. When enshrined in a layer of sunny 14 karat gold through the process of electroplating, it transforms into something both precious and practically priced. CŌG's 14 karat gold plate pieces are created, cast & finished by hand in New York City.
925 sterling silver
The '925' in our sterling silver refers to the purity level of silver in these pieces: 92.5%. Wondering why you'd want anything less than 100% silver? That 7.5% of other metals mixed in is the key to longevity for your wearables; on its own, pure silver would be too soft for everyday wear - it would bend, break and scratch. CŌG's 925 sterling silver pieces are created, cast & finished by hand in New York City.

The Crown Earrings are a study in dimension, transforming delicate cotton thread into striking metal forms through the art of lost wax casting. Their faceted, architectural silhouette creates a balance between structure and softness, offering a minimalist yet sculptural statement.
Measuring 1.25 inches long by 0.75 inches wide, these earrings are available in highly polished 14k gold-plated reclaimed brass or solid 925 sterling silver, both with sterling silver posts. Made to order in NYC, they embody craftsmanship and refinement in every detail.
