Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are glad to issue store credit for unworn merchandise. We require that an email be sent immediately with concerns or questions within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Please note, after 5 days, all sales are FINAL. Additionally, solid gold orders are special order and non-refundable.

Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date. ALL SALES FINAL on sale merchandise or markdowns. No price adjustments.

Please email sales@cog-made.com for a returns prior to sending back item/s. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. COG is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty or tax reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card.

We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Thank you for understanding.
