Sinnet Necklace
About Our Materials
14k gold plate
Premium gold plating over recycled brass. Brass is a valuable metal alloy of copper and zinc, special in and of itself. When enshrined in a layer of sunny 14 karat gold through the process of electroplating, it transforms into something both precious and practically priced. CŌG's 14 karat gold plate pieces are created, cast & finished by hand in New York City.
925 sterling silver
The '925' in our sterling silver refers to the purity level of silver in these pieces: 92.5%. Wondering why you'd want anything less than 100% silver? That 7.5% of other metals mixed in is the key to longevity for your wearables; on its own, pure silver would be too soft for everyday wear - it would bend, break and scratch. CŌG's 925 sterling silver pieces are created, cast & finished by hand in New York City.

The Sinnet Necklace transforms the art of braiding into a refined, dimensional pendant. Inspired by macramé, its rectangular form captures the intricate texture of woven cordage, cast into metal for a sculptural yet delicate statement.
Measuring 1 inch long by 1/4 inch wide, the pendant hangs from a 22-inch rectangular looped gold-fill chain, offering a subtle yet striking silhouette. Available in 14k gold-plated (nickel-free) reclaimed solid brass or solid sterling silver, this piece is thoughtfully crafted and made to order in NYC.
