Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns or have the ability to 'cancel' an order once it has been placed. We are happy to offer online store credit if the item is not used and is in its original packaging. Please contact us within 2 days from the date of receiving item/s if items have been damaged in shipping with details in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This does not include 14K Gold Pieces or custom orders, such as wall pieces. These are not eligible for return or exchange. Discounted and sale items are final sale.

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
